It is the impermanence of life that gives us perspective. As we come in contact with life’s precarious nature, we also come to appreciate its preciousness. Then we don’t want to waste a minute. We want to enter our lives fully and use them in a responsible way.  Frank Ostaseski

If not now, when?

Hosting conversations that matter

I am a daughter, a sister,  a granddaughter, a friend.  I am a mother of 4 (only 3 walk the earth). I was a stay at home mom, I am now a working mom.  I have divorced, remarried and am now a widow.  I am a student, I am a teacher.  I have had many roles.  I have had many transitions.

What has held me through it all is finding special people along the way, the ones that seem beyond a teacher or mentor.  They are the ones that SEE ME.  They challenge me in ways I yearn to be challenged.  They hold space in a way that is so safe I expose my underbelly.  They hold me while I cry and laugh with me as we face the joy of being human, together.

My quest is to offer this same space, energy and time to others.  I consider it a blessing and gift to work with people at their edge, and, as a wise elder has taught me, the edge is where fear and courage meet.

If you’re interested in walking your edge, make contact.

I hope we have a chance to connect.
