What is The Art of Mattering?

When I believe I matter, I make choices like this:
I set clear boundaries
I eat wholesome food
I exercise
I prioritize sleep
I cultivate connections
I read my favourite books
I practice meditation
I walk my dog
I hug my spouse
I journal
I pursue work that ignites me
When I truly believe I make an impact, I make daily choices that align with my Reason Why. The world around me responds, encouraging me to show up and be more of who I am. It tells me that my presence matters and that I would be missed if I were not here.
This is the Art of Mattering.
