What is The Art of Mattering?

When I believe I matter, I make choices like this:

  • I set clear boundaries

  • I eat wholesome food

  • I exercise

  • I prioritize sleep

  • I cultivate connections

  • I read my favourite books

  • I practice meditation

  • I walk my dog

  • I hug my spouse

  • I journal

  • I pursue work that ignites me

When I truly believe I make an impact, I make daily choices that align with my Reason Why. The world around me responds, encouraging me to show up and be more of who I am. It tells me that my presence matters and that I would be missed if I were not here.
