Women’s Re-design Studio: Generate what’s next.

Are you feeling overwhelmed or unfocused? Are you interested in figuring out what comes next in your work and your life? We invite you to join coaches Leslie Allen and Jennifer DeDominicis and take part in the Women’s Re-design Studio to generate what’s next for you. Re-surface your purpose, clarify your goals and set intentions around how you want to move forward and recover your alignment to take action.

The Women’s Re-design Studio comprises 4 x 2.25 hour group coaching sessions (held at cSPACE King Edward) and 4 x 1 hour individual coaching sessions from January-April.

We are holding space for a maximum of 8 women for this intimate cohort.

“There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, nor how valuable it is, nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware directly to the urges that motivate YOU. Keep the channel open.”

— Martha Graham

Leslie Allen

Leslie is a professional Coach, Mediator and Facilitator supporting mid-life and end-of-life transitions. Like you, she has experienced significant life transitions, her most recent being the death of her husband Don who, after a 6-year journey with cancer, died at only age 56.   This experience opened her up to the wisdom that living with cancer and ultimately death brings and has helped her discover what matters most.  She invites people to live in the NOW and to create shifts in their lives, shifts like moving from fear to acceptance; anger to love; attachment to impermanence; and scarcity to being enough.
